However, I have a question as to wether there is a specific time span. What period can be stipulated, can 3 months be adequate or some days. Additionally, who can be a business mentor, is it someone who have been a business man, or can someone be a mentor becuase of the educational background and the working experience. I wish some of the folks at my work would read this, very good information. I think as a boss/mentor being able to sit back far enough to let the employees be awesome on their own speaks volumes about the kind of leader you are.
