Very funny! Not sure about Pierre & Marie Curie popularity among geeks. This will definitely raise my status at the next Christmas stand-up ;-)
lol@skorks. You’re a crazy cat.
haha, clearly a stargate fan!
good stuff, keep it up!
I knew all the people sending the gifts except the Goa’uld and the Vorlon. I bet a lot of people won’t know what an Ocampa is.
Vorlon is from “Babylon 5″, awesome show, I had to work it in there :)
It’s supposed to repeat the previous gifts.
Yep,
I know that Ferengi, he promised me a lot of things, even a private moon. I hope Odo’s able to find him before next christmas !
I think I’ll buy him a parachute and push him off the towers of commerce. For 3 strips of latinum I’ll buy any defective parachute.
What is Goa’uld? Anything to do with beautiful Goa?
Haha… very funny – you really made my day with this post. Great stuff :)
I am glad you enjoyed it, I have to admit – it was a lot of fun to write as well :)
What is it with everyone assuming geeks are addicted to bad sci-fi films? I’m a geek and I can’t stand them.
You would have to admit that you’re probably in the minority then :).
Then again what might seem bad to you is brilliant to someone else. And I think anyone would agree that Babylon 5 for example was brilliant, not the best production values but awesome story, characters etc.
